We offer all the services related to the products logo printing and package. Our OEM,ODM services make your products special and outstanding.

RMA Services: Thank you for choosing "ME". In the view of protecting our customers' rights and showing the excellent after-sale services of "ME", before using our RMA services, please check warranty and our below RMA policy, the following conditions are not in our RMA Scope: (1) The products are not from "ME". (2) The defects are caused by the accident. (3) The defects are beyond the Warranty Period. (4) The defects are caused by the improper operation. (5) The defects are caused by other conditions, which are not due to the fault of "ME". (6) The products have been changed by third parties which are not authorized by "ME".
RMA Procedures: Our RMA serivces only provide for defects within the above RMA Scope. Otherwise, "ME" is not responsible for the reparation or replacement of the defects.
Applcation and Registration of RMA: -Make sure the goods are our products and within warranty. - Fill in the RMA Request Form. - Send us RMA details first by Fax or E-mail via flashdram@tom.com.
Delivery of RMA Product: - Send us the shipment within one week in freight prepaid. - We will check the arrived goods and send our confirmation within 5 working days on the RMA arrival. - The reparation period is normally in 3 to 4 weeks. - We will send out the repaired goods to customer in NOT bearing the freight.
Surcharge Scope: - Reparation for LCD. - Replacement for shell. - The defects are from other companies. - The defects are beyond warranty period.
Remark: - "ME" will only replace RMA products with same model and specification. - "ME" is not responsible for the data loss and related damage during reparation. - "ME" has the right to choose amongst reparation or replacement for the defects. - Please DO NOT return any accessories such as cables, diskettes or manuals to us.
